The project exists, quite intentionally, as part of the promotion of intergenerational blending of the different age groups living on the site. The dialogue between the two operations in progress and the quality of the spaces outside (a possible meeting place) will help reach this goal. For this project, we have made contemporary use of certain stylistic features of the facade such as the bow window, the skylight, the balcony and the doorway. The building, although highly rational in its distribution and occupation of the land, features slight variations in size in the facades and the roof. The texture of the facade is reversed onto the roof and includes these different convergence lines, thus reinforcing the homogeneity of the construction.
