Because of its architectural singularity, the resource centre will play an active role in the attractiveness and the “brand image” of the site. Its visibility at the entrance of the place makes it a focal point for all the categories of visitors in the Civray region and even more widely still. These reasons have inspired us to include a restaurant space and a material resource centre and to double the surface of the exhibition area. On its western part, the building rises upwards, making its way towards the sky through the trees surrounding it: this panorama will allow each visitor to contemplate the surrounding landscape.
